陶瓷(包括TiC金属陶瓷、SiO2陶瓷、Al2O3陶瓷、SiC陶瓷)或复合材料(包括C/C、C/SiC、石英纤维增强SiO2)与金属钎焊及扩散连接的界面反应、连接机理、界面反应相成长数值模拟、接头应力数值分析及应力缓和机理。
